All it does break sheep. example sheeped priest full....his partner has nether tempest...his partner approaches priest..ether tempest breaks sheep.unless you have a blacksmith that specialized in swords, (its the Lionheart Champion ) i don't think you can. unless the patterns are still available. they changed the crafting a bunch a while back.runescape accounts for sale.(WOTLK?) might still be doable though..or maybe they have a different weapon out now with the same skin..*shrug* search wowhead for it. hope that helps.
